How do I place an order for delivery in the Lower Mainland?
XPG is proud to present our Same-Day Delivery option 7 days a week for members located within Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
To take advantage of this convenient delivery service, please submit your payment before the cut-off times as follows:

Orders made by 8:30 AM will be delivered between 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Orders made between 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM will be delivered between 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM

Orders made between 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM will be delivered between 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Orders made between 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM will be delivered between 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Orders made between 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM will be delivered between 8:30 PM – 12:00 AM
If your order is placed and payment processed after the same-day cut-off, it will go out with the next days' first run of packages.
*Please note, Same Day Delivery is unavailable on holidays

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY?
- Locate the "Filter By Shipping" option at the top right side of any category page**,** and make sure that your address is entered.

From here, select your preferred delivery option(s):
Select only XpressGrass West (same-day delivery) option
OR
Select both options for maximum product availability!

Then, start shopping! Add your products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

While completing the checkout process, please ensure that “Same-Day Delivery” is selected.
We require that you provide a local cellphone number - your courier will call to confirm delivery, and you will recieve a text notification 15 minutes prior.
We have added new payment instructions for Same-Day delivery, please ensure that you read and follow them closely.
Same-Day orders are shipped via an independent courier service. Please be discreet, respectful, and avoid prolonged interaction with your delivery person.
Reminder: COVID-19 precautionary measures remain in effect, please respect social distance protocol.

Same-Day deliveries are only available within the designated delivery zone:
Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, Delta, Ladner, Tsawwassen, Richmond, Langley, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, White Rock, Abbotsford, and Mission.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that if there are any issues related to your payment -- I.e. a manual payment is sent but an order number is not included; payment is sent to the wrong email; the wrong amount is sent – this could result in your delivery being delayed. Please ensure all Payment Instructions are followed in order to ensure you receive your delivery as soon as possible.
