Here are some frequently asked questions:

How do I create an account?

Simple! You can Register Now -- all you need to do is enter your email, select a password and do a one-time 2FA process (two-factor authentication)!

What are your shipping fees?

Our shipping fee is a flat-rate of $10 per package.

What are the delivery options?

Our mail orders are sent via Canada Post, and you will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

We also offer same-day delivery in the Greater Hamilton and Greater Vancouver areas!

Next-day delivery is available to eligible members residing in Etobicoke, Mississauga, and Toronto

Is there an order minimum?

There is no order minimum! How awesome is that?

What are your payment options?

We accept payment via Interac Money Requests (fastest option) as well as Interac e-Transfers. Find out more here!

Do you have promotions/coupons available?

Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest on the various promotions and coupons that we offer. Keep in mind, promotions will be valid for a certain amount of time so be sure to take advantage while you can!
