How do I check my points balance/use my points?

To check your points balance, simply navigate to My Account, log in (if not already), and click My Points. There, you will be able to view your current points balance as well as the conversion to dollar amount. You will also be able to view your points history: To apply your points at checkout, simply click Apply Discount next to the points field. Your points will be redeemed toward your order.

What if I didn't receive my freebies?

To learn how to get freebies with your order, check out our help article "How do I Earn Freebies on Each Order?" If you didn't get any freebies with your order, please note: - Freebies are offered based on availability, so sometimes we might not have any at the moment. No worries, though! It just means we temporarily ran out, but they'll be back soon! - We do not provide any financial compensation for missing freebies. If your order is missing freebies, we do our best to make it up to you next time! Just give us a heads-up when you place your next order, and we'll do our best to include them if they're available.

How Does the Points System Work?

How do I use my points? Earn points on every dollar you spend, and get extra points when you refer your friend or leave a review of your products! How Our Points System Works You get 1 point for every $1 spent. ($100 spent = 100 points earned) Points are automatically added to your account when you complete an order or product review. You can earn 25 points for every approved product review. Earn an additional 2500 points when you refer your friends! For more information, check out our helpful articles on reviews and referrals. To check how many store points/credits you've collected, go to 'My Account' and view your points history in the My Points section. Redeeming Your Points at Checkout 100 points can be redeemed for $1 (100 points = $1.00 Discount) For every 100 points you collect, you get a $1 discount that you may redeem at checkout toward a future purchase! You can use your points towards your orders anytime! Redeem your points at the checkout stage. Simply apply to them your cart, and see that price drop. Here is an example below of how to apply your points at checkout: Please note: Store points do not cover your purchase's taxes or shipping fees. If your order is cancelled, the points you redeemed will automatically return to your account.
