I've Sent my Payment. What's next?
After you have made your payment, it may take up to 40 minutes for us to receive it. When you send an e-Transfer or
accept an Interac Money Request, Interac might hold your funds. During this time, the payment will show as "pending" in
your online banking until it is cleared.
Once we process your payment, we will send you an email to confirm the deposit, and your order status will change to
"Processing."
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 business hours once payment is received. You will receive an email with
tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that if you have already submitted your payment, there is no need to inform us separately. You will receive
confirmation once your order enters the processing stage.
