To check your points balance, simply navigate to My Account, log in (if not already), and click My Points.

There, you will be able to view your current points balance as well as the conversion to dollar amount.

You will also be able to view your points history:

To apply your points at checkout, simply click Apply Discount next to the points field. Your points will be redeemed toward your order.
