To send an e-Transfer, please do the following:
Log into your online banking.
Locate your Interac e-Transfer section.
You will see an option to Send an Interac e-transfer.
You will need to add us as a new contact. To add a new contact/recipient, fill in all of the payment details provided to you:
Select option to Notify by Email. Email address must be spelled correctly as any errors will result in us not receiving the payment.
You will need then need to do the following:
Select which account you'll be sending the money from.
Select which contact you will be sending the money to (you will need to add us as a contact first).
Enter in the amount.
There will be a section for a note/memo, you can add your order number.
Once all of that information is filled out, you can click Continue and then Confirm. Your payment is now finished. Once we've deposited the payment, you will receive an email confirming that we have deposited your funds.
