Mail Orders Shipped Via Canada Post

Mail orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 business hours after we've received your payment. You'll get an email with your tracking information once it's shipped. Afterwards, you'll be able to track the package on Canada Post's website and see updates on its progress.

Please be aware that we have no additional information regarding your package location beyond what is displayed on the tracking page. The tracking link provided is the same information accessible to us and Canada Post.

Canada Post may not always scan your package immediately upon shipment, however, if you have been given a tracking number, your package has been shipped, and you should see updates as the package reaches its next checkpoint.

On occasion, Canada Post may experience delays, however, most orders are delivered within 6 business days from the initial ship date. You can check out Canada Post delays here!

If your order is not delivered by the 10th business day in transit, please don't hesitate to reach out to a live agent, and we would be happy to investigate this for you and work towards a resolution.

Please Note: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a valid shipping address has been provided, as we cannot guarantee delivery to an incorrect address.

Canada Post Package Marked Delivered

Sometimes Canada Post will prematurely update the tracking as delivered prior to actually delivering the parcel. If Canada Post's tracking shows that your order has been labelled as "delivered," but you have not physically received the package yet, we ask that you please wait 48 hours after this update to ensure the order is delivered.

If you do not receive your order within 2 business days of being 'delivered', please let us know and we will look into this on your behalf!

Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery Orders

If your same-day or next-day delivery order has not arrived within the outlined delivery time frame, check in with a live agent and we can provide an ETA from our local courier for you.

Live tracking is not currently available for our Same Day and Next Day Delivery service, however, you will receive a text/call to notify you of the pending delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that if there are any issues related to your payment -- I.e. a manual payment is sent but an order number is not included; payment is sent to the wrong email; the wrong amount is sent – this could result in your delivery being delayed. Please ensure all Payment Instructions are followed in order to ensure you receive your delivery as soon as possible.

*Please note that it’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and valid delivery address and name to ensure a successful shipment.
