If your order is not delivered by the 10th business day in transit, please don't hesitate to reach out to a live agent and we would be happy to investigate this for you and work towards a resolution.

Canada Post Package Marked Delivered:
Sometimes Canada Post will prematurely update the tracking as delivered, prior to actually delivering the parcel. If Canada Post's tracking shows that your order has been labeled as "delivered," but you have not physically received the package yet, we ask that you please wait 48 hours after this update to ensure the order is delivered.
If you do not receive your order within 2 business days of being 'delivered', please let us know and we will look into this on your behalf!
Same-Day & Next Day Delivery Orders
If your same-day or next-day delivery order has not arrived within the outlined delivery time frame, check in with a live agent and we can provide an ETA from our local courier for you.
